Great hotel with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. On my first stay, the staff kindly brought me a bottle of water late at night. I highly recommend it.

The staff were amazingly attentive, we had a very early check in and a late check-out.
Facilities were clean, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

Location. Great for shopping, restuarants, cinemas & casino. Music from the pianist was most enjoyable, particularly when having a drink in thye lounge with friends.piano.the bacon in the restuarant at breakfast was the tastiest I have eaten for a long time.i congratulated the restuarant manager on it.
Great hotel but I think a complimentary period of free internet would have a very welcoming effect to guests.

Luxurious hotel very very close to the indoor arena and the millenium stadium. And literally next door to a huge indoor shopping centre and John Lewis.

I loved how close we were to Cardiff Castle and the charming Cardiff Market, and the amazing view from our room really added to our overall experience. The staff were lovely.

Staff and location at this good central hotel were very good. Multi-channel TV, a seating area and ironing facilities in the room, marvellous and incredible location. I enjoyed sleeping on an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff were exceptional yet not intrusive. You could leave a car on site.

Marvellous and lovely location, minutes from bars and eateries. Impeccably clean and airy rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Courteous and welcoming staff team at the end of the bar with colleagues who had come off shift.

The hotel is centrally located so ideal for shoppers and night life. The room was very comfortable and clean. We liked the spacious lounge/bar as it had a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and in the main efficient.
There was a big problem with drunken arguing from the next room. The night manager asked them to quieten things down twice but it continued and nothing further was done.

The leisure facilities include a good-sized pool and live piano music. Breakfast offers a fresh selection with an excellent variety, avoiding the typical grease-laden options of some hotels.
The air conditioning in my room had a persistent loud hum. Lighting was quite dim, and I could've used an extra blanket for comfort, as I found the quilt a bit too light for the chill. I found the overall décor felt tired and dated, wanting a bit more maintenance and care to sparkle like the rooms you see in the brochure. Navigating access via car is quite the headache, especially with confusing bus lane signs leading many guests into a fine. It's a real quest just to reach the parking area without a misstep.
